HOW IT BEGINS
NOMINATION PHASE

17th March 2025
STEP 1: Submit Your Nomination
To enter the awards, simply provide some basic details, including your contact information and the category you want to compete in. You can enter multiple categories by selecting the relevant boxes when submitting your nomination.



9TH JUNE 2025
Step 2: Provide Supporting Information
Once your nomination is received, we’ll ask you to submit additional details. You’ll receive a set of questions specific to the category (or categories) you’ve entered. If you enter multiple categories, you’ll need to answer a separate set of questions for each one.
- Important: Your entry will not move forward unless you submit this supporting information. We recommend entering no more than two categories so you can give well-thought-out answers. Each category has its own unique set of questions.
JUDGING PHASE



11TH JUNE 2025
Step 1: Shortlisting
Once the deadline for supporting information passes, our team reviews all entries and selects the 2025 finalists. You’ll be notified whether or not you’ve made it to the next stage, and the shortlist will be announced online.



W/C 30th June 2025
Step 2: Video Interviews
If you are shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a 15-minute recorded interview with one of our co-founders, Emma Jones or Kim Leary. Each finalist will answer a set of pre-determined questions for each category you enter.


8th August 2025
Step 3: Final Judging Panel
The judges will review both your written submission and recorded interview. Each finalist will be scored using a standardised system, with multiple judges evaluating each category to ensure fairness. The combined scores will determine the 2025 winners, who will be announced at the awards ceremony.

There is no cost to submit a nomination. Ticket prices for the award ceremony are £120pp.
The awards are open to any individual, business, or organisation that operates within the marketing profession in the Midlands region.
Yes, you can enter multiple categories, but we encourage you to carefully consider which categories your entry is best suited for. We recommend focusing on the category that best highlights the strengths of your campaign or project.
Yes, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with other marketing professionals at the awards ceremony. Plus all winners will be invited to a winners dinner alongside the sponsors after the award ceremony. Dates TBC.
The dress code for the awards ceremony is formal attire.
